Step 01 — Register

Connect your Trakt account

Waypoint reads your Trakt history through your own free Trakt app — nothing is stored on our servers.

1Create a new Trakt API app ↗
2Give it any Name, and set the Redirect URI to:
urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob
3Save the app, then copy your Client ID and Client Secret into the fields below.

Step 02 — Authorize

Open Trakt and enter the code below to grant read access to your watch history.

Step 03 — Install

Add Waypoint to Stremio, then do the one quick ordering step below so your resume hints show up.

Or copy the install URL and add it manually in Stremio → Addons → paste at the top:

Stremio shows the details from whichever addon is highest in your list. To make Waypoint's resume hint appear, it has to sit above Cinemeta:

Tip: re-syncing here also refreshes Stremio's cache if a hint ever looks stale.
